Cultural performers, MCs, musicians, dancers and mascot minders sourced, contracted and managed across all Fan Zones. Halftime talent programmed and delivered across match days, mascot performer program coordinated throughout the tournament, and a pre-tournament launch tour managed ahead of opening week. Board Member & Runway Producer
Board-level governance and hands-on creative delivery for one of Australia's most distinctive regional fashion events. Responsibilities spanned runway production, talent management, casting, backstage coordination and end-to-end show delivery across the full festival program. Working directly with designers, stylists and venue partners to produce a polished, high-energy event that grew in scale and reputation year on year.

A curated three-day Sydney incentive trip for Mitre 10's top-tier clients, designed to reward and retain their most valuable relationships. Full pre-production, detailed run sheets and complete on-site execution across all three days. Highlights included a private roaming degustation at one of Sydney's most iconic waterfront venues, and a Sydney Harbour landmark experience at sunset. Every touchpoint managed end-to-end: limousine transfers, accommodation liaising, restaurant bookings, gift curation and bespoke programming tailored to the group.

Parade Direction, Models & Editorial
Over a decade as the creative and operational force behind Tasmania's premier wedding expo. Each year, 100+ gowns directed across a full runway parade — models sourced and coordinated, casting managed, and the show produced from concept through to execution. In addition to the live event, produced the annual wedding editorial photoshoot, with resulting images securing magazine front cover features. A long-running relationship built on consistency, creative vision and trusted delivery.
Solomon Islands Tourism Campaign
Model & Talent Producer — International Destination Campaign
Produced and managed the talent placement for a Solomon Islands Tourism Authority destination campaign, sourcing and sending two models internationally for an editorial and campaign shoot on location. End-to-end talent management including casting, contracting, travel coordination and on-the-ground liaison. The resulting imagery was used across major tourism marketing and promotional channels to drive destination awareness.
